Description of Services and Pricing
Beautiatelier primarily provides eyelash extension services. The pricing for these services is available on our website. The prices on the website are exclusive of all taxes. We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without prior notice.
Online Transactions and Payments
All payments are to be made online via credit card through our booking platform, powered by Squareup. The Service allows for booking and payment of our services. Once a booking is confirmed, the payment for the service is processed.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that occasionally, events occur that prevent you from attending your appointment. However, late cancellations and no-shows impact our business. Therefore, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our website contains proprietary logos, photos, and content that are owned by Beauty Lash Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services, namely Squareup.com for bookings and Typeform for contact forms. Beautiatelier has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
